Alides Polska’s Fifth Investment in Warsaw

Warsaw, Poland – 2025.12.05 – Alides Polska, the Polish subsidiary of the renowned Belgian international real estate development and investment company specializing in office and residential properties, today announced the acquisition of a 2.068 square meter plot of land located at Studzienna 7A in Warsaw’s thriving Wola district. The plot is situated directly adjacent to two properties already owned by Alides at Jana Kazimierza 72.

This latest acquisition marks Alides Polska’s fifth investment in Warsaw, underscoring the company’s continued commitment to delivering excellently located and thoughtfully designed developments in the Polish capital. By adding this new plot to its portfolio, Alides strengthens the synergy between its existing properties in the area and unlocks additional opportunities for a cohesive and value-enhancing project.

The Wola district, one of Warsaw’s fastest growing and most vibrant urban areas, offers residents and businesses excellent connectivity to the city centre, an extensive public transportation network, and immediate access to a wide variety of commercial, cultural, and leisure amenities.

The planned development on the newly acquired plot includes 3,100 m² of residential and commercial space, reflecting Alides’s focus on mixed-use projects that meet the needs of both future residents and the local community.

At the same time, the company is preparing to launch sales in its neighbouring “Westo Wola” project, which includes 115 apartments and commercial units. Interested buyers can already sign up for the waiting list at westowola.pl.
