Warsaw, Poland - 2026.02.06 - Alides Polska, the Polish subsidiary of the Belgian international real estate developer and investor Alides, continues its strong growth trajectory driven by new acquisitions and ambitious development plans. To support this accelerated expansion, the company announces the appointment of Luiza Grunwald and Konrad Płochocki to key leadership roles within the local organization, further strengthening its operational and strategic capabilities.
Accelerating growth with strengthened leadership
With a rapidly expanding portfolio across major Polish cities, Alides Polska is reinforcing its management structure to ensure continued operational excellence and long-term growth. In their new roles as Co-director Poland, Grunwald and Płochocki will jointly head the company’s day-to-day operations, organizational development, and the successful execution and integration of new investments.

Their complementary expertise will play a central role in further professionalizing the organization and supporting Alides Polska’s ambitious development pipeline. In the coming weeks, Alides Polska will launch the commercialization of Westo Wola (www.westowola.pl), a residential development comprising 132 units in the Wola district of Warsaw. This will be followed in spring by the launch of the commercialization of Revola (www.revola.pl), a residential project of 119 units, located along Aleja Solidarności.
Furthermore, Alides is preparing the commercialization of the redevelopment of Fabryka Perun, totaling 259 units, later this year. With more than 500 units to be commercialized this year and numerous other projects under development, Alides is further consolidating its position as a long-term, value-driven real estate player in the Polish market.
Proven experience supporting ambitious growth plans
Luiza Grunwald joined Alides Polska in 2022 and brings over 20 years of experience in real estate development and operational management. She has previously held senior positions at Polski Holding Nieruchomości and Zeitgeist Asset Management, where she led projects in Warsaw, Kraków, and Gdańsk.

W przeszłości pełnił funkcję dyrektora generalnego Polskiego Związku Firm Deweloperskich (PZFD) i obecnie zasiada w radach nadzorczych kilku spółek z sektora nieruchomości w Polsce i Europie.
