Warsaw, Poland - 04.05.2025 - Alides Polska, the Polish subsidiary of Belgian real estate investor and developer Alides, officially launches the construction phase of its residential project Westo Wola at Jana Kazimierza 72 in Warsaw. CFE Polska has been appointed as general contractor.
A key milestone in one of Warsaw's fastest-evolving districts
Westo Wola is located in the Wola district - one of Warsaw's most dynamic neighbourhoods, which over recent years has undergone a profound transformation from an industrial hub into a modern mixed-use area combining business and residential functions. The development comprises 132 residential and service units across a 9-storey building with two underground levels.
The offer includes units in a wide range of sizes and layouts - from compact one-bedroom apartments to spacious family homes - with loggias, balconies, terraces and ground-floor garden plots. The building will provide 156 underground parking spaces in a garage hall, as well as 15 surface-level parking spaces. Planned completion: Q4 2027 / Q1 2028.
The signing of the general contractor agreement and the handover of the construction site mark the start of Alides' second development on Wola, following the start of construction of the ReVola project at Karolkowa 53 in October 2025.
