Financial Controller
We are seeking YOU!
As a skilled and proactive Financial Controller you will join our growing Polish team in Warsaw. You will play a key role in overseeing financial operations and providing critical support for our real estate investments and project developments

Your responsibilities:
- Preparing financial and operational reports in accordance with company standards.
- Overseeing financial operations for our Polish portfolios in collaboration with an external accounting firm.
- Analyzing reports related to our real estate investments and development projects.
- Potential implementation and management of an ERP system to streamline processes.
- Developing and managing budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Assisting in the preparation of investment documentation and financial analyses.
- Acting as the main point of contact for auditors, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions to support operational needs.
- Collaborating with tax authorities to ensure compliance with VAT and tax regulations.
- Optimizing business processes and participating in both departmental and company-wide projects.
- Controlling and verifying procedural and operational assumptions.
- Monitoring and overseeing the implementation of corrective and remedial actions.
- Actively cooperating with other departments to plan and improve operational profitability.
Your Profile:
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in auditing or working in a larger organization with a complex structure and a broad view of financial responsibilities. Experience in the real estate sector is a strong advantage.
- Extensive knowledge of reporting, accounting principles, VAT, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in IT systems and an interest in technology that enhances financial processes will be valuable in this role.
- Excellent command of the English language.
