The eighth floor of the building will be operated by New Work under a management agreement, in a partnership model with the property co-owners, Alides and Aya Properties Fund. The negotiation process was supported by AXI IMMO, the largest Polish commercial real estate advisory firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/metronoffice.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Metron-photo-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1617\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Established in 2012, New Work is an independent serviced office provider operating within the Central and Eastern European region (CEE). Strategically located offices in Poland, Hungary, and Bulgaria serve as a welcoming hub for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), corporate entities, and freelance professionals alike.
